Pressure Formed Bezel

Pressure forming enables this bezel to have the look of injection molding at a fraction of the tooling cost. The Connecticut based customer was looking for a finished molded appearance, but the low volumes just didn't justify the tooling cost of molding the part. Universal Plastics designed a pressure formed part that looks as good as a molded part, but for a far less initial investment. Subsequent design changes that were simple for us to execute further validated the customers decision.
