Pressure Formed Test Cover

Pressure forming from Universal Plastics was the right choice for Teradyne of Boston, Ma.  This large, highly detailed part needed the features and precision of a molded part, and Universal Plastics came through with a more affordable solution. The resulting part is rugged and considerably more visually appealing than a rectangular sheet metal cover. In particular, the customer was able to subtly mold their logo right into the surface to create a distinctive upscale appearance.
