Pressure Formed Light Diffuser

Looking to make a large light diffuser (the sizes range between 40" long and 70" long) this customer was stumped on how to make such a complex shape without spending a small fortune on an injection mold. This pressure formed part met all of his engineering requirements for a fraction of the tooling cost- and in much less time. The pressure formed part retains crisp detail of the flutes, aand remains flat along it's entire length. Not an easy feat over 70". This is a perfect example of the superiority of pressure forming over injection molding of large, complex parts.
