Design and Engineering

Our award-winning design department can make your ideas become a reality. Whether you need to fine-tune your drawing, prototype design, or complete conceptualization and visualization tools, we can help you out. Many customers have successfully launched new products that we sketched, rendered, modeled, designed, detailed, and validated to carry them through the product development cycle. Our engineering department has many years of experience in converting ideas into real products, and making existing products work better.

Tooling

Our in house tooling dept includes a Cincinnati Milacron 750 machining center, a Prototrack full 3 axis machining center, both MasterCam capable for full 3-D machining. We add to that a full complement of traditional wood and metal working equipment, including a welding shop. Our 5 full time toolmakers have a combined 100 years experience in tool and fixture making. Prototype tools can be delivered in 4 weeks or less. We take our greatest pride in making quality aluminum tools that deliver consistent quality products year after year. Our customers have come to know us as a company that can build quality tools that get the job done right the first time.
