Heavy Gauge

Heavy gauge thermoforming compares very well against injection molding, rotational molding and blow molding for large parts and lower volumes. Your product can get to market faster, and with less tooling investment, than almost any other plastic process. With vacuum forming, we can make tote trays, handling trays, protective covers, and pallets up to 15' long or 6' in diameter. Pressure forming is ideal to replicate fine detail on large parts. Plastic fabrication can quickly create durable, simply shaped products with almost no tooling investment.
